Dori Kelner
Managing Partner
Dori is passionate about strategy and planning. She can see the big picture and break it down into components that are easy to understand. This talent makes her the ideal person for running our creative projects. Dori works directly with your organization to identify project needs and translate those into requirements and results.
Dori has a 30-year career as a business analyst and project manager for web, IT and survey research projects. She has devoted the last decade to converting corporate project management methodologies into processes that fit with the needs of our association and nonprofit client base.
Dori holds a BA from Cornell University, a Master of Science, Summa Cum Laude, in information management from the University of Maryland University College, and is a Certified Systems Analyst. She is an active member of the User Experience Professionals Association, the Drupal Association, ASAE (for whom she has served as a multi-year Gold Circle Award judge), and the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. For the past several years she has served as chair of the charity auction for the American Small Business Coalition.
In her spare time, Dori loves to cook, play golf, and she is a certified wine educator.
Larry Hugg
Technical Director
Larry leads all website implementation activities and manages the implementation team. He ensures that the website meets all technical, usability and visual requirements. Larry is a Drupal developer, a beta tester for Adobe Software, and a recipient of the coveted Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
With over a decade of experience providing network and call center infrastructure design to the travel and tourism business, Larry launched SatoTravel, a billion dollar travel company, on the web in the early days of the Internet. His extensive web development experience can be seen throughout the SoH portfolio of websites. In addition to web-based development, he has designed and programmed software, written software documentation, designed and managed large computer networks, and provided security guidance to large corporations.
Larry holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia. He is an active member of the Drupal Association, the User Experience Professionals Association, the American Small Business Coalition, and the Small Business Government Communicators Network.
When not building or rescuing websites, Larry enjoys running, photography, and pursuing a little white ball around a golf course.
